Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner, Fresh Scent
This product produced far too many suds in the dishwasher, which foamed out when the door was opened. Previous Cascade products have not done this.
No, I do not recommend this product.
Patricia, we're very sorry you're having this experience. Our products will not produce too many suds when used as directed. Here are some causes of suds. If you used a liquid dish soap when rinsing your dishes, make sure it's completely rinsed before putting it in your dishwasher. Also too much rinse aid can make the machine suds up. Make sure to wipe up any rinse aid spills or use a little less next time. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (800) 765-5516.
The best one out of all of them. Wow this is amazing. Works way better then the other brands. Thx
Yes, I recommend this product !
I live ina one person household and seldom cook. I purchased a tub(Sams Club) of cascade platinum. I rinse my dishes before loading into the dishwasher and run the dishwasher about every 5 days. My dishes are so clean that suds run out the door. After 2 repair visits, I was told to add a little oil to my dishwasher to correct the problem. I will be throwing away the Platinum Cascade.
You should always expect the best from Cascade, so we're disappointed to hear this. We hope it helps to know, causes of too much suds could be: The dishwasher not filling completely; The door gasket not sealing the door properly; or The dishwasher not being level. We'd like to get more information. When you have a chance, please reach out to us at (800) 765-5516.
