Cascade Pure gets a failing grade...

I had to settle for Cascade Pure. 12 washes into our 58 pack & 1/2 of them I've had to rerun. Same dishwasher & loading strategy, but bad results. Packets not dissolving to dishes not fully clean to spotty glasses & yes, I use JetDry. Customer over 20 yrs. If my grocer gets more Platinum in, this tub is garbage. The tub # is 92841731260854.

It's not PURE if it contains fragrance

I use Cascade Platinum because it works. But I have to store it in the garage & run the dishwasher when everyone is in bed because of the fragrance. I saw this product and assumed if it was PURE it would not contain fragrances. No such luck. Essential oils are still fragrances and still cause issues for people with asthma and other sensitivities.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Didnt get dishes clean

I tried this product because I’m trying to go green, the dishes came out dirty greasy. I had to wash them by hand and run the dishwasher again. Not worth the money if I have to use 2 tabs and all that extra time to get my dishes clean. I will throw these out and try another brand

We'd hope to put the extra sparkle back in your dishes after the first wash, so we're sorry to hear about your recent Cascade clean. We do want to share that dishwasher detergents are formulated to provide the best cleaning possible, however, we do know that hard water and other factors may sometimes have an effect on our cleaning performance. Dishes coming out of the wash cycle still dirty could mean the water isn't hot enough - at least 120F/49C (run kitchen sink hot water before starting dishwasher); water pressure is too low (run solo, no shower, washing machine, etc); dishwasher sprayer arms are blocked; cycle isn't long enough; water softener not working properly; or leaked rinse aid.
