Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner, Fresh Scent
I received a sample package of the product and am thrilled that I did! The cleaning results were amazing! Absolutely changing to this brand!
Yes, I recommend this product !
I have been using the Cascade Platinum for a couple of years and love it. Thought I would try the Platinum + Oxi. Do not recommend. Leaves a white residue on dishes/silverware.
No, I do not recommend this product.
We want you to have sparkling, clean dishes with Cascade + Oxi; this is not something we would expect to happen. But, when it does, it can be caused by any of these reasons:* The water in the dishwasher may not be hot enough. It has to be at least 120 F/49 C.* Your water pressure may be too low. Don't use any other demands for water when running your dishwasher.* Make sure the dishwasher sprayer arms are clean and can move easily.* Check to make sure the dishwasher is getting enough water. To check for this, put a large measuring cup or mug in your dishwasher on the top rack, open end up and run dishwasher. When the cycle is done, the cup should be completely filled with water. If not, there isn't enough water flowing into dishwasher. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516, if we can answer any other questions or help you further.
With no other soap on dishes, the product produced so many suds that they ran out on the floor causing a mess. I had to do two extra rinses to get rid of them. It had to be from the product and other detergent pods produced no leakage or extra suds. This product is faulty. I also found the scent unwanted because it was too strong and lingering. I do not welcome scents on dishes.
We're very sorry you're having this experience, Ja21. Our automatic dishwasher detergents will not foam too much if you use them properly according to the instructions on package. Sometimes, a rinse aid can cause extra foaming. If you have spilled rinse aid in the dishwasher, wipe it up with a damp cloth. If your rinse-aid dispenser is adjustable, you may need to turn it down. Make sure the rinse-aid dispenser is not leaking. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516 if we can help you further.
