Pods are not opening in dishwasher. Leaving dishes very dirty and spotty. I do not have this problem with Finish pods
No, I do not recommend this product.
We're sorry you're having this experience. While it doesn't happen often, we've found that there are a few common reasons why ActionPacs™ may not dissolve completely. 1) The water isn't hot enough. It must be at least 120F or 49C to work properly. Try running hot water in the sink before starting your dishwasher. 2) Low water pressure: don't run your washing machine, shower or water the lawn while using the dishwasher. 3) Make sure the dishwasher sprayer arms are clean and can move easily. 4) The dispenser cup could be blocked, by anything as small as a utensil to a large dish. 5) If your ActionPac™ is sticking to the dispenser cup, that will prevent it from fully dissolving. Make sure the dispenser cup is dry, and your hands are dry when handling the pac. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516 if we can answer any questions for you or help you further.
The pods have a horrible odor that I smell every time I open the cabinet I keep them in.
Kell, we're very sorry you're having this experience. While we completely understand that fragrance and scent preferences are very subjective and personal, we'll be sure to pass your comments on to our teams. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (800) 765-5516. We're here to help.
These pods smell terrible. I have to wash the dishes a second time to get the smell/ taste off my dishes. Not a good value when you have to run the machine twice.
We're sorry your having this experience. Some materials, such as cast iron and plastic, can absorb odors. If certain items always pick up an odor, they could be old or worn to the point of being porous. This can cause the scent of the detergent to be more easily absorbed into the surface, and these items should be washed by hand. For all other items which are dishwasher safe, scent should not remain on the item if they are rinsed properly, whether by hand or in the dishwasher. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516, so we can help you with this.
