Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner, Fresh Scent
My kids accidentally bought the actionpacs from Cascade as the original formula (crystals) was out of stock at the grocery store. I have had at least 7 pods that didn't release into my d/w so my cycle ran but it didn't have any soap to wash the dishes. I am not a fan of the actionpacs.
No, I do not recommend this product.
Your Cascade should dissolve with ease. We recommend making sure your water is at least 120F/49C and that your sprayer arms aren't blocked. We'd like to make sure you get the best, so when you have some free time, please reach out to us at (800) 765-5516.
Everytime I use this product, the pod doesn't dissolve and my dishes are still dirty.
We're sorry you're having this experience. While it doesn't happen often, we've found that there are a few common reasons why the pacs may not dissolve completely. *The water isn't hot enough. It must be at least 120F or 49C to work properly. Try running hot water in the sink before starting your dishwasher. *Low water pressure: don't run your washing machine, shower or water the lawn while using the dishwasher.*Make sure the dishwasher sprayer arms are clean and can move easily.*The dispenser cup could be blocked, by anything as small as a utensil to a large dish.*If your ActionPac™ is sticking to the dispenser cup, that will prevent it from fully dissolving. Make sure the dispenser cup is dry, and your hands are dry when handling the pac.If everything else is fine, check to make sure the dishwasher is getting enough water. To check for this, put a large measuring cup or mug in your dishwasher on the top rack, open end up and run dishwasher. When the cycle's done, the cup should be completely filled with water. If not, there isn't enough water flowing into dishwasher. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (800) 765-5516. We're here for you.
The "Fresh Scent" is very pungent! It is very has harsh on your lungs. Too much perfume in the scent. Your dishes will smell after they are washed. Do NOT buy
