that spout

The rinse aid seems to work well, however, has anyone else complained about the spout? It doesn't work well to get the liquid from the bottle into the narrow opening in the machine. A longer pointed spout would be easier to use and not waste your product. Isn't there anything you can do about this?

Yes, I recommend this product !

Does not work.

It simply does not work. I used oxyclean for a long time and it works. I tried this Cascade because it was cheaper per ounce. I ended up throwing it in the trash after three washings.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible film, especially on plastic

After the first run of dishes after putting in Cascade Rinse Aid (yes, in the correct place), the load was covered in a white powdery film. I ran it through a second washing and although the glassware and silverware "looked" clean, I could feel a film on them. And even after the second run, the plastics (which I had re-rinsed in between cycles) had even more of a film on them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cascade

Cascade Cascade Team 02/17/16

We hate to hear you experienced filming with Cascade Rinse Aid. Try it with Cascade Pacs, as they can work together to prevent minerals from being deposited on dishes. If possible, run the dishwasher when no other demands for water are being used, such as showers or laundry. Give us a call at 1-800-765-5516 so we can gather details & make this up to you. We're open M-F from 9-6 ET. Hope to hear from you soon!
